Overview. This website is operated by Trekpaw. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Trekpaw. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.

Who can order. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You confirm that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and complete.

Products and pricing. Product images are for illustration and colours may vary slightly between screens. We do our best to keep prices and stock accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.

Orders and payment. Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers; we never store your card details.

Delivery. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates from dispatch and are not guaranteed. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and refunds. Our Return and Refund Policy, including our 60-day money-back guarantee and your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, forms part of these Terms.

Safe use. Our harnesses are walking aids, not restraints or safety equipment for vehicles. Always check the fit before each walk, supervise your dog, and stop using any item that shows wear or damage. We are not liable for injury or loss caused by incorrect sizing, misuse, or fitting that has not been checked.

Intellectual property. All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Trekpaw and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Liability. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
