Shipping Policy

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

UK delivery: Standard tracked delivery takes 5-10 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Tracking: Every order includes tracking. Use the Track Order page or the link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your parcel.

Wrong address: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Delayed or lost parcels: If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us at helptrekpaw@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and put it right — replacement or refund.
